"In my 20 plus years of buying insurance, I think I used every major insurance company in one way or another. The biggest difference about State Farm from its competition is Jeff Zuspann in Middletown, DE. I have been using Jeff for about 5 years and in my experience Jeff has exhibited a customer first attitude which I haven’t seen from other agents. Over the course of my relationship with Jeff, I had to call him to discuss claims and was so impressed with his level of response and concern over my situation. He suggested ideas and even got me in touch with a contractor to resolve my issues (by the way, the contractor was just as professional as Jeff).
